1. Who we are
7th Computing Co., Ltd. ("7th Computing", "we", "us") is an Odoo Gold Partner providing ERP implementation, custom software development and managed cloud hosting. Our office is at No.1217, 5th Floor, 35th Ward, Pinlon Road, North Dagon Township, Yangon, Myanmar.
This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit www.7thcomputing.com, contact us, or communicate with us through our official WhatsApp Business account, which is operated through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and connected to our Odoo system.
2. Information we collect
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, the messages and attachments you send us, message timestamps, and the delivery and read status of messages we send you.
- When you use our website or contact forms: your name, company name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry.
- When you become our customer: contact and billing details of your staff, and project information needed to deliver our services.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies needed to run and secure the website.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your enquiries and support requests.
- To send quotations, invoices, order and project updates, appointment reminders and service notifications.
- To send product news or promotions, only where you have agreed to receive them.
- To keep records of our communication with you in our Odoo system.
- To keep our systems secure and meet legal and accounting obligations.
4. WhatsApp messaging and your choices
We only send you WhatsApp messages after you have messaged us first or have given us your number and agreed to be contacted on WhatsApp. You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. We will still answer messages you send us.
WhatsApp messages are delivered by WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms. Their handling of your data is also governed by the WhatsApp Privacy Policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Meta / WhatsApp, to deliver WhatsApp messages.
- Our cloud hosting providers, which store our Odoo database on our behalf.
- Odoo S.A., where needed for licensing and support of our Odoo system.
- Government or legal authorities, where required by law.
These providers may store data outside Myanmar and protect it with industry-standard security measures.
6. How long we keep information
We keep WhatsApp conversations and enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and for up to 3 years after our last interaction, unless the law requires longer. Invoices and contracts are kept for the period required by law.
7. How we protect information
Access to our Odoo system is limited to authorised staff with individual accounts. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), our servers are backed up regularly, and access is logged.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. To request deletion, see our Data Deletion Instructions.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
